Lunch:  Fresh & Easy Beef Chili with Beans. Dinner:  Brown Gravy, Chicken Gizzard (Simmered, Cooked), Yellow Rice (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Gurley's Raw Natural Almonds, Watermelon.
