Fat: 64.43g | Prot: 79.88g | Carb: 104.71g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Panera Bread Power Breakfast Egg White Bowl with Roasted Turkey. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Ken's Steak House Lite Italian Dressing, Vegetable Beef Soup (Home Recipe). Dinner:  Pizza Hut 12" Medium Pepperoni & Mushroom Pan Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Weight Watchers Smoked Flavor String Cheese, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Lifesavers Gummies.
