Fat: 50.43g | Prot: 80.93g | Carb: 423.11g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Bananas (Large), Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, Vanilla Almond Milk. Lunch:  Golden Raisins (Seedless), Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Balsamic Vinegar, Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese, Golden Delicious Apples, Honey Mustard. Dinner:  Baked Winter Type Squash (Sugar Added in Cooking, No Fat Added in Cooking), Turkey Breast Meat, 12 Grain Bread, Honey Wheat Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Belgian dark chocolate bar, Milk (Nonfat), Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios, Thin Wheat Reduced Fat Crackers.
