Fat: 50.43g | Prot: 80.93g | Carb: 423.11g.   Breakfast:  Bananas (Large), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, Oatmeal, Vanilla Almond Milk. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinegar, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Golden Delicious Apples, Golden Raisins (Seedless), Honey Mustard, Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese. Dinner:  12 Grain Bread, Baked Winter Type Squash (Sugar Added in Cooking, No Fat Added in Cooking), Honey Wheat Rolls, Turkey Breast Meat. Snacks/Other:  Belgian dark chocolate bar, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios, Milk (Nonfat), Thin Wheat Reduced Fat Crackers.
