Fat: 124.29g | Prot: 92.01g | Carb: 193.62g.   Breakfast:  Daddy's Morning Coffee, Pancake Syrup, Pancakes (Dry Mix). Lunch:  Bun-Length Beef Franks, Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), Dijon Mustard, Natural Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Original Oatnut Bread, Sweet Pickle Relish. Dinner:  Butter (Salted), Green Peas (Frozen), Katsu Sauce, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Eaten), Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Broccoli Flower Clusters, Honey , Ranch Salad Dressing.
