Fat: 59.63g | Prot: 80.27g | Carb: 367.01g.   Breakfast:  grapefruit, lemon, lime, wildflower honey. Lunch:  blackberries, blueberries, Capretta Non-Fat Yogurt, ezekiel cereal, raw walnuts, Silver Hills. Dinner:  alvarado st, artihearts, ezekiel pasta, kiwi, olive oil, Peppers, raw sunflower seeds, satsuma, syrah, tomato. Snacks/Other:  ambrosia apple, whole foods bread.
