Fat: 27.41g | Prot: 50.51g | Carb: 128.11g.   Breakfast:  Vanilla Yogurt, Hot Cocoa. Lunch:  Wild Rice Soup, Chicken Breast, Mushrooms, Orange Juice. Dinner:  Coffee, Vanilla Creamer, Sugar. Snacks/Other:  Diet Cola Refreshe.
