Fat: 52.23g | Prot: 63.43g | Carb: 68.75g.   Breakfast:  cabbage diet soup, tea. Lunch:  ranch dressing lite, sunflower seeds, shredded carrot, lettuce, pure leaf tea. Dinner:  steak, cauliflower, land o lakes spread. Snacks/Other:  mini cupcake, quakes.
