Fat: 120.29g | Prot: 85.11g | Carb: 140.29g.   Breakfast:  butter, omelette with mushrooms, asparagus, & cheese, raisins, steel-cut oats. Lunch:  Garbanzo beans (dried) "World Peas", Kirkland cherry almond clusters, mixed nuts. Dinner:  chicken soup, mixed baby greens, rotisserie chicken. Snacks/Other:  orange juice.
