Fat: 46.08g | Prot: 71.48g | Carb: 168.94g.   Breakfast:  quacker oatmeal. Lunch:  two poached eggs, carrot, feta cheese, wholemeal bread. Dinner:  chicken breast, brown rice, chicken stock, baked sweet potatoes.
