Lunch:  Chicken Parmesan, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Tuttorosso Crushed Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Dinner:  Hannaford 100% Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta, Maglio Mild Italian Sausage, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Sweet Onions, Tuttorosso Crushed Tomatoes, Yellow Sweet Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese, Kendall Jackson Chardonnay, Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Red Raspberries, Strawberry Juice, Tostitos Bite Size Gold Tortilla Chips.
