Lunch:  Capriotti's 9" CheeseSteak, Marco's Pizza Italian Sub. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Rice-A-Roni Broccoli Au Gratin Rice Mix. Snacks/Other:  Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
