Fat: 56.44g | Prot: 59.62g | Carb: 87.57g.   Breakfast:  International Delight French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cheddar Cheese, Egg White. Lunch:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Butter. Dinner:  Spaghetti, Beef Meatballs, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits (Commercial). Snacks/Other:  Cavit Pinot Grigio.
