Fat: 15.33g | Prot: 32.56g | Carb: 127.10g.   Breakfast:  cheerios, coffe, International delight french vanilla creamer, milk. Dinner:  butter, crushed tomoatos, lemon juice, sliced italian bread, syrup, turkey meatballs. Snacks/Other:  jelly beans, air pop corn, ritz crackers.
