Fat: 41.31g | Prot: 69.12g | Carb: 231.59g.   Breakfast:  Bagel, Banana, Calamondin, Instant Coffee with Whitener and Sugar (Powdered Mix), Yoghurt. Lunch:  Asian Chicken Salad with Grilled Chicken Strips, White Rice. Dinner:  Red Tomatoes, Rye Bread, Smoked Salmon, Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Special Dark Chocolate Bar Candies.
