Fat: 52.29g | Prot: 81.87g | Carb: 40.64g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese, protein powder, sugar free pudding mix. Lunch:  chicken tenderloin, eggplant, pasta sauce, philadelphia cooking cream, shredded cheddar. Dinner:  cucumbers, italian shredded cheese, Original BBQ Sauce, pork roast, romaine. Snacks/Other:  black coffee, Chai French Vanilla, Dubliner Irish Cheese, splenda, splenda.
