Fat: 52.29g | Prot: 81.87g | Carb: 40.64g.   Breakfast:  protein powder, cottage cheese, sugar free pudding mix. Lunch:  eggplant, pasta sauce, shredded cheddar, chicken tenderloin, philadelphia cooking cream. Dinner:  pork roast, romaine, cucumbers, italian shredded cheese, Original BBQ Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Chai French Vanilla, splenda, splenda, black coffee, Dubliner Irish Cheese.
