Fat: 39.73g | Prot: 175.62g | Carb: 16.03g.   Breakfast:  Ham, Oat Bran Cereal made with Milk (Fat Not Added in Cooking), splenda. Lunch:  Lettuce, Roasted chicken skin, Roasted peppers. Dinner:  Chicken roast skin, King prawns, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Greek yoghurt.
