Fat: 25.93g | Prot: 104.58g | Carb: 158.70g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, banana, coffee, great value frozen strawberries, mini moos, skim milk, super advanced whey protein. Lunch:  celery, roasted chicken, strawberries. Dinner:  banana, great value frozen strawberries, mini cheese ravioli, skim milk, super advanced whey protein. Snacks/Other:  Apples, cheese stick, great value granola bar.
