Fat: 122.53g | Prot: 81.92g | Carb: 169.95g.   Breakfast:  egg beaters, ham, onion. Lunch:  cheese, pepperoni. Dinner:  beets, broc, cauliflower, fish, green beans, okra, pot roast, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  banana bread, cream cheese, great value round crackers.
