Fat: 64.16g | Prot: 198.63g | Carb: 263.24g.   Breakfast:  clover honey, Greek Yogurt - Plain, heb mixed berries, Protein Giblet Dressing, 1/2 cup serving, roasted turkey meat only, sprout's whey. Lunch:  cherry icee, great american cookie company, Protein Giblet Dressing, 1/2 cup serving, roasted turkey breast. Dinner:  abuelo, abuelo, chicken fajita, tomatillo salsa. Snacks/Other:  blue bell chocolate ice cream.
