Fat: 61.17g | Prot: 81.68g | Carb: 105.42g.   Breakfast:  zone. Lunch:  turkey, avocado, red pepper, baby carrots, hummus, swiss cheese, maple ham, crunch bar fun size, honeycrisp apple. Dinner:  tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, pesto, chicken.
