Fat: 61.17g | Prot: 81.68g | Carb: 105.42g.   Breakfast:  zone. Lunch:  avocado, baby carrots, crunch bar fun size, honeycrisp apple, hummus, maple ham, red pepper, swiss cheese, turkey. Dinner:  chicken, fresh mozzarella, pesto, tomato sauce.
