Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Dinner:  Grilled Chicken, Mayonnaise, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned), White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Mauna Loa Dry Roasted Macadamias, Whole Milk.
