Fat: 109.08g | Prot: 68.44g | Carb: 90.95g.   Breakfast:  almonds, hazelnuts, Sunflower kernels, pine nuts, "pumpkin seeds", mixed berries, greek style yoghurt. Lunch:  Egg, Creamed Spinach (from Fresh), Hollandaise Sauce. Dinner:  Plaisirs Gastronomiques Chicken Pie, lettuce, green pepper, olives, cucumber, cherry tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  White Table Wine, Coconut Oil, Milk, Beef Jerky.
