Fat: 109.08g | Prot: 68.44g | Carb: 90.95g.   Breakfast:  "pumpkin seeds", almonds, greek style yoghurt, hazelnuts, mixed berries, pine nuts, Sunflower kernels. Lunch:  Creamed Spinach (from Fresh), Egg, Hollandaise Sauce. Dinner:  cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, lettuce, olives, Plaisirs Gastronomiques Chicken Pie. Snacks/Other:  Beef Jerky, Coconut Oil, Milk, White Table Wine.
