Lunch:  Beef Jerky, cherry tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Lamb Chop, Lettuce. Dinner:  Cooked Carrots, Green String Beans, Lamb, sourc herbal my secret bread. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Oil, Mixed Nuts, White Table Wine.
