Fat: 132.67g | Prot: 105.29g | Carb: 34.88g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, Bacon, Tomatoes, Heavy Cream, Eckrich Smoked Grillers Cheese Smoked Sausage made with Pork, Turkey. Lunch:  Lettuce, Beef Jerky, Cucumber (with Peel), cherry tomatoes, Lamb Chop. Dinner:  Lamb, Cooked Carrots, Green String Beans, sourc herbal my secret bread. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Oil, Mixed Nuts, White Table Wine.
