Fat: 113.36g | Prot: 71.70g | Carb: 53.91g.   Breakfast:  sourc herbal my secret bread, Butter (Salted), Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), double cream, almonds, hazelnuts, Sunflower kernels, pine nuts, "pumpkin seeds", mixed berries, greek style yoghurt, Croissant, Cantaloupe Melons, Deli Sliced Ham, Cream Cheese. Dinner:  Nestle Milk Chocolate Nest Eggs. Snacks/Other:  Milk.
