Fat: 113.36g | Prot: 71.70g | Carb: 53.91g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Salted), Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), sourc herbal my secret bread. Lunch:  "pumpkin seeds", almonds, Cantaloupe Melons, Cream Cheese, Croissant, Deli Sliced Ham, double cream, greek style yoghurt, hazelnuts, mixed berries, pine nuts, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Sunflower kernels. Dinner:  Nestle Milk Chocolate Nest Eggs. Snacks/Other:  Milk.
