Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Meijer Stir Fry Vegetables, lettuce, green pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Mixed Seeds. Dinner:  Red Tomatoes (Canned), Chicken Breast, Coconut Milk or Cream (Liquid). Snacks/Other:  Jelly Belly Jelly Beans, Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Intense Dark 72%, Heavy Cream.
