Fat: 142.55g | Prot: 123.71g | Carb: 57.77g.   Breakfast:  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Cheddar Cheese, Butter (Salted), my secret bread, Coconut Oil. Lunch:  Beef Jerky. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Cooked Summer Squash. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Cream, Milk, Jelly Beans, Mixed Nuts, Double cream greek style yoghurt.
