Fat: 142.55g | Prot: 123.71g | Carb: 57.77g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Salted), Cheddar Cheese, Coconut Oil, my secret bread, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Beef Jerky. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Cooked Summer Squash. Snacks/Other:  Double cream greek style yoghurt, Heavy Cream, Jelly Beans, Milk, Mixed Nuts.
