Fat: 129.06g | Prot: 70.91g | Carb: 35.80g.   Breakfast:  mixed nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, Sunflower kernels, pine nuts, "pumpkin seeds", mixed berries, greek style yoghurt. Lunch:  lamb rib. Dinner:  grilled chicken, cabbage, mayonnaise, spinach. Snacks/Other:  milk, Butter, coconut oil, coffee, sugar free jello, Cream cheese, xylitol, almond flour.
