Fat: 129.06g | Prot: 70.91g | Carb: 35.80g.   Breakfast:  "pumpkin seeds", almonds, greek style yoghurt, hazelnuts, mixed berries, mixed nuts, pine nuts, Sunflower kernels. Lunch:  lamb rib. Dinner:  cabbage, grilled chicken, mayonnaise, spinach. Snacks/Other:  almond flour, Butter, coconut oil, coffee, Cream cheese, milk, sugar free jello, xylitol.
