Fat: 60.78g | Prot: 46.81g | Carb: 199.73g.   Breakfast:  asian greens, brown rice, coffee, fried egg, fried tofu, milk, peanut oil. Lunch:  cottage cheese, gluten free rice bread, pineapple juice, tea, trail mix. Dinner:  garden salad, Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread, goat cheese, potato tuna patties. Snacks/Other:  Dry Cider.
