Fat: 153.59g | Prot: 181.69g | Carb: 396.79g.   Breakfast:  Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, American Singles, Fried Egg, American iso whey protien, 2% Fat Milk, Bananas, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Low Fat Chocolate Mmmmilk Milk, 6" Cold Cut Combo, Harvest Cheddar, Toast Chee Real Peanut Butter Crackers, Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tuna in Water (Canned), Whitewheat Healthy White Bread. Dinner:  Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait, Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap with Ranch. Snacks/Other:  Nature Trail Mix, Wheaties fuel energy bar, Creamy Peanut Butter, 2% Fat Milk.
