Lunch:  Coffee with Milk, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Broccoli (Spears, Frozen). Dinner:  Boiled Egg, Iced Tea, Forza Moscato Wine. Snacks/Other:  Mars Twix.
