Fat: 46.07g | Prot: 58.69g | Carb: 223.25g.   Breakfast:  Super Chunky Old Fashioned Peanut Butter, Wheat Bagel with Fruit and Nuts, Iced Coffee with Milk, Sugar in The Raw. Lunch:  Strawberries, Grapes, Spicy Lentil Kale Soup, roll, butter . Dinner:  josephs , avocado, hunts tomato sauce, white beans. Snacks/Other:  red wine.
