Fat: 46.07g | Prot: 58.69g | Carb: 223.25g.   Breakfast:  Iced Coffee with Milk, Sugar in The Raw, Super Chunky Old Fashioned Peanut Butter, Wheat Bagel with Fruit and Nuts. Lunch:  butter , Grapes, roll, Spicy Lentil Kale Soup, Strawberries. Dinner:  avocado, hunts tomato sauce, josephs , white beans. Snacks/Other:  red wine.
