Fat: 51.97g | Prot: 76.73g | Carb: 237.37g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), egg, rice soup. Lunch:  chocolate covered cookie, cream puff small, kit kat, penne pasta , pork butt steak boneless, red wine, sauce red wine steak sauce. Dinner:  rice, white wine, yellow chicken curry.
