Fat: 65.65g | Prot: 96.04g | Carb: 208.73g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), butter, egg, Wheat or Cracked Wheat Bread. Lunch:  chicken breast, Pasta with Vegetables, spaghetti sauce. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey Garden Salad (Chicken and/or Turkey, Tomato and/or Carrots, Other Vegetables), Low Calorie Salad Dressing, red table wine. Snacks/Other:  chocolate covered cookie, kit kat.
