Lunch:  Onions, black olives, Tomatoes, Lettuce, bumble bee crab, goddess dressing. Dinner:  Shirataki Spaghetti, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Broccoli, laughing cow garden vegetable. Snacks/Other:  atkins caramel chocolate peanut nougat, six star decadent chocolate, Milled Golden Flaxseed, Supreme Sunflower Oil, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk.
