Fat: 59.21g | Prot: 114.96g | Carb: 87.15g.   Breakfast:  Herbal Cleanse Fiber Drink, Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Meal Replacement Shake - Chocolate. Lunch:  non-dairy crab salad, lettuce, radish, spark, cherry tomato, coke zero. Dinner:  show me the whey, coconut milk trader joe, sesame seaweed, napoleon smoked mussles, almonds. Snacks/Other:  omegaplex, chicken jerky.
