Lunch: cherry tomato, coke zero, lettuce, non-dairy crab salad, radish, spark. Dinner: almonds, coconut milk trader joe, napoleon smoked mussles, sesame seaweed, show me the whey. Snacks/Other: chicken jerky, omegaplex.
