Dinner:  bell pepper, carrots, Coconut Milk Beverage Unsweetened, cucumber, Meal Replacement Shake - Chocolate, oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, rice krispies treat, ritz cracker, Shrimp, Shrimp Cocktail Sauce, tuna salad.
