Fat: 30.68g | Prot: 78.25g | Carb: 224.64g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Frozen mixed berries (Blueberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, Raspberry) no sugar added, Organic Lowfat French Vanilla Yogurt, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Egg, Extra Firm Silken Tofu, Falafel Mix, Vegetarian Chili (with Meat Substitute). Dinner:  BBQ Sauce, Broccoli , Flour Tortilla, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Spirals, Seitan Strips. Snacks/Other:  Peppermint Candy.
