Dinner:  100% Natural Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) , Sweet Cherries.
