Fat: 83.96g | Prot: 69.96g | Carb: 28.77g.   Breakfast:  turkey bacon oscar meyer, Heavy Cream. Lunch:  chicken breast boneless, trader joe's caesar romano. Dinner:  trader joe's argentinian red shrimp, olive oil, butter, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Snacks/Other:  tomato, haas avocado, trader joe's romaine salad, Cooked Spaghetti Squash.
