Fat: 74.41g | Prot: 106.27g | Carb: 198.97g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Blood Orange Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Anchovies - Flat Fillets in Olive Oil, Broccoli, Crab, Kale, Macaroni, Olive Oil. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Mussels, Potato and Cheese Soup, Pulled Pork, Seven and Seven, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Brownie.
