Fat: 74.41g | Prot: 106.27g | Carb: 198.97g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Blood Orange Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Macaroni, Anchovies - Flat Fillets in Olive Oil, Olive Oil, Crab, Broccoli, Kale. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Potato and Cheese Soup, White Bread, Pulled Pork, Mussels, Seven and Seven. Snacks/Other:  Brownie.
