Fat: 138.63g | Prot: 103.67g | Carb: 75.26g.   Breakfast:  Half and Half Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), sucralose to go. Lunch:  Strawberry-rhubarb Sauce, Soy Flour Pancakes, butter, Pork Sausage with Sage, wegman's salad, marzetti ranch dressing, Campari Tomato, Florida red grapefruit (wegmans). Dinner:  chicken thigh, wegmans tomato paste, green pepper, onion, olive oil, chardonnay, broccoli, better than bouillon, baby bella mushrooms, onion, butter. Snacks/Other:  Ricotta Cheesecake, organic whole milk yogurt, wegmans sweet cherries, atkins advantage vanilla shake, pork sausage with sage.
