Fat: 138.63g | Prot: 103.67g | Carb: 75.26g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Half and Half Cream, sucralose to go. Lunch:  butter, Campari Tomato, Florida red grapefruit (wegmans), marzetti ranch dressing, Pork Sausage with Sage, Soy Flour Pancakes, Strawberry-rhubarb Sauce, wegman's salad. Dinner:  baby bella mushrooms, better than bouillon, broccoli, butter, chardonnay, chicken thigh, green pepper, olive oil, onion, onion, wegmans tomato paste. Snacks/Other:  atkins advantage vanilla shake, organic whole milk yogurt, pork sausage with sage, Ricotta Cheesecake, wegmans sweet cherries.
