Fat: 83.59g | Prot: 107.66g | Carb: 313.41g.   Breakfast:  butter, eggs, grapefruit, tea, toast. Lunch:  green beans, grilled pork roast, rice trader joes, strawberries, sweet potato fries, whipped cream. Dinner:  ham sandwich, milk, pomegranate juice. Snacks/Other:  Attain Sweet and Salty Nut Bar, orange, pita chips, strawberry banana smoothie.
