Fat: 86.47g | Prot: 116.78g | Carb: 422.08g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D, Fat Free Milk, MultiGrain Cheerios, Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal. Lunch:  Bananas, Berries 'n Cream Nonfat Yogurt, Real Mayonnaise, Sliced Turkey Breast, Swiss Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Cheese Pizza, Grapes, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Snacks/Other:  Budweiser Light Beer, Strawberry Double Thick Milkshake, Zeppoli.
