Fat: 86.47g | Prot: 116.78g | Carb: 422.08g.   Breakfast:  Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal, MultiGrain Cheerios, Fat Free Milk, 100% Pure Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Real Mayonnaise, Swiss Cheese, Sliced Turkey Breast, Bananas, Berries 'n Cream Nonfat Yogurt. Dinner:  Cheese Pizza, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Grapes. Snacks/Other:  Zeppoli, Strawberry Double Thick Milkshake, Budweiser Light Beer.
