Fat: 52.62g | Prot: 41.82g | Carb: 92.15g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Egg, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Sargento Reduced Fat String Cheese. Lunch:  Teriyaki Nori Roasted Seasoned Seaweed. Dinner:  Calzone with Meat and Cheese, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Sesame Butter (Tahini) (Made From Kernels). Snacks/Other:  Fritos Original Corn Chips, Hershey's Rolo Milk Chocolate Chewy Caramels, White Table Wine.
