Fat: 24.23g | Prot: 40.75g | Carb: 175.73g.   Breakfast:  raisins, Cheerios, Milk (Nonfat), sesame seeds, almonds, Coffee, sugar, sassy water. Lunch:  sassy water, string cheese, almonds, tomatoes, salad, salad dressing. Dinner:  vegetable casserole. Snacks/Other:  smoothie, white wine.
