Fat: 53.95g | Prot: 52.30g | Carb: 160.78g.   Breakfast:  raisins, Cheerios, skim milk, walnuts, low fat string cheese, sassy water. Lunch:  turkey, tomatoes, 2% String Cheese, sassy water. Dinner:  hummus, Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips. Snacks/Other:  smoothie, Chocolate Sandwich Cookies.
