Fat: 39.71g | Prot: 85.13g | Carb: 101.10g.   Breakfast:  Egg Whites, scrambled egg, water, Western Family cottage cheese, Yellow Cling Peach Slices, no sugar added. Lunch:  Apple, Pinto Beans, Tuna Salad. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, Fresh Express Garden Salad, Instant Rice, Western Family Cottage Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Nacho Cheese Doritos, popcorn, sunbelt granola bar.
