Fat: 35.62g | Prot: 80.01g | Carb: 115.63g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, 97% fat free ham, almond milk unsweetened, bailey's fat free creamer, corn flakes Kellog's, dinner roll, instant coffee, lite jarlsberg cheese, tropicana 50/50 orange juice. Lunch:  artichoke, peach. Dinner:  avocado, baby carrots, cucumber, fresh corn, lettuce, tilapia, tomato, Wish Bone Italian Light Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Philadelphia cream cheese, Klondike 100 calories, Salt Free Rice Cake Quaker.
