Fat: 21.56g | Prot: 81.86g | Carb: 135.23g.   Breakfast:  almond milk unsweetened, 1% milk, dinner roll, bailey's fat free creamer, lite jarlsberg cheese, corn flakes Kellog's, tropicana 50/50 orange juice, instant coffee. Lunch:  nectarine, tangerine. Dinner:  tilapia, avocado, lettuce, baby carrots, tomato, green string beans, cucumber. Snacks/Other:  blueberry muffin, special k Chocolate pretzel bar, bauducco toast, fat free borden singles, Oven Roasted turkey breast deli.
