Fat: 21.56g | Prot: 81.86g | Carb: 135.23g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, almond milk unsweetened, bailey's fat free creamer, corn flakes Kellog's, dinner roll, instant coffee, lite jarlsberg cheese, tropicana 50/50 orange juice. Lunch:  nectarine, tangerine. Dinner:  avocado, baby carrots, cucumber, green string beans, lettuce, tilapia, tomato. Snacks/Other:  bauducco toast, blueberry muffin, fat free borden singles, Oven Roasted turkey breast deli, special k Chocolate pretzel bar.
