Fat: 42.19g | Prot: 51.32g | Carb: 128.18g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, almond milk unsweetened, bailey's fat free creamer, chicken breast, dinner roll, instant coffee, tropicana 50/50 orange juice. Lunch:  peach. Dinner:  boil egg, fried beef, potato. Snacks/Other:  apple juice, chicken wrap Burger king, cool whip, sugar free gelatin.
